“But even the very hairs on your head are all numbered."
Luke 12:7a KJV
In this vast expanse of our existence, we have the comforting truth that our God knows every fiber of our being. He’s the architect of our soul. He knows who you are, why you are here, and where you are going. God’s profound understanding reaches the deepest recesses of our heart, mind, and soul. It’s like standing beneath a star-studded sky, feeling both small and cherished at the same time. That is the beauty of our Creator.
However, our Adamic nature has the tendency to harbor some uncharted territories. We often chain our fears, anxieties, bad habits, and negative behaviors to the dockyards of life. God’s all-encompassing, omniscient view is there to help with those burdens. There is no one else who can plumb through the depths of our being like God. No one. He knows us that well.
Here’s the marvel of it all: God didn’t randomly create you, He intricately designed you. He wove every fiber of your being into a precise masterpiece. You see, “….even the very hairs on your head are all numbered....” (Luke 12:7 KJV). I seriously haven't a clue how many hairs reside on my scalp, or anyone else's for that matter, but God does, and if He cares enough to number them, don’t you think he cares enough to embrace the melody of your thoughts, the rhythm of your emotions, and the love in your heart.
Beloved, our Creator is always ready to listen, console, and guide. He already knows your potential. When we recognize, accept, and believe in His Son, the beauty of the holy spirit opens your soul to all God offers. You see, we were “fearfully and wonderfully” designed to bring glory to His name. Our uniqueness is as magnificent as the star-studded sky He spoke into existence.
Heavenly Father,
I am so grateful that You are the divine architect of my soul. You fill my heart with love. You understand what I’m thinking and why I’m thinking it, and even though my finite mind cannot fathom the depths of Your profound understanding of me, I praise You for knowing me better than I know myself. In Jesus' name. Amen.
